The parking lot feels really dark after 6pm, especially in winter. Better lighting would make evening visits feel safer.

The afternoon sun makes the outdoor seats unusable after 2pm. Some large umbrellas or a retractable awning would make a huge difference.

Every time I come in, I have to ask a barista for the WiFi password. A small sign on each table or near the counter would help.

I love the vibe but it's a bit loud before 9am when people are trying to work or have quiet conversations. Maybe lower it until mid-morning?

So many of us prefer oat milk — it would save time if it were the default for lattes and cappuccinos instead of having to ask every time.

I drive across town for nitro cold brew. If you had it on tap here, I'd come every single day. The demand is there!

It was the best seasonal item you ever had! I know at least 10 regulars who would buy them every week if they came back.

I come here 3-4 times a week. A buy-10-get-1-free punch card would be a nice reward and keep me coming back even more.
