You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Feedbaxster. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedbaxster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
